I ordered 18 of these and wasn’t too sure what to expect. They arrived perfectly packaged. The driver was extremely helpful and brought them round the back for me on the pallet. They’re huge! So pleased! Only hiccup was that they didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date (and I guess it is only an estimation). However, the business were very responsive to any queries I had around this. Strongly rooted plant - large root ball with good top growth, one very large cane cut back to about 1.2 m but also with flexible arching stems much taller than the description. Dramatic looking specimen sent quickly very well packed. This is the second one I have purchased and I am not disappointed. I can fully recommend this seller for quality very well grown large bamboo plants delivered quickly with no issues at all.
