The product was shipped in the factory supplied package and appears to have survived the trek of 3rd party shipping companies. No communication from the supplier, nor was and necessary. Packaged well to avoid damages in transit. The initial payment to seller ship time could be faster. However the part did arrive within the listings estimated time frame. Item undamaged but partial contents (installation kit) was lost rendering the item unusable. Contacted seller who responded promptly on NYE. After a couple of emails seller corrected my misperception of why the item packaging was damaged. Seller quickly replaced the item on 01/02. Seller shipped replacement item using FedEx, who yet again damaged the packaging but all contents arrived on 01/10..8 days later. Would buy from seller again.

FedEx asked me if I thought there was anything in the box. Thanks for servicing my purchase and providing a much needed laugh for the day.
