Item was not delivered by courier (Yodel), who has a history of drivers faking failure-to-deliver, presumably to avoid some deliveries in order to keep to their schedules. I can understand the seller's frustration, but they were very honourable and provided a full refund as the item was returned to them by Yodel. Item and delivery ratings reflect the fact I never received the item. Would do business with them again, but only if they use a different courier.
