Seller provided wrong/ spurious tracking number, and when item didn’t arrive , claimed courier had lost item and they were seeking refund/ compensation from courier. Offered a 10 percent reduction if I placed another order, but had already significantly reduced the item to a much lower price anyway! Did not refund me until I requested through eBay. Would not use again
