Positively AWFUL. I placed an order with this company by accident and then cancelled it minutes later-6:20 p.m. EST The cancellation was denied at 8:43 p.m. EST the same day and the message said shipped-impossible. The tracking info they sent me shows it had not been shipped as well. We are talking a two and a half hour window.
