Exactly as described, we ordered two banners for a carnival float on the Isle of Wight, and worked with the seller via email and asked for the banners to not be hemmed and eyeletted, in which they obliged and made our lives so much easier when fixing to the float. Quick delivery, even to the Island, came rolled up in a tube and good quality despite the images being low res.
