  arrived on date said, packaged decently, volumes in condition described. However, I did not receive a number of volumes from the set, volumes 1-5 absent from box. No notification of this was provided by seller. decent value for volumes received. Happy to receive items, yet will not be using seller again.

  We are sorry to hear that you are missing volumes from your order. On our end, we packed and sent all 16 volumes. The box weighed 20 lbs. A claim can be filed with the USPS for missing items, and they can track the package and its weight during transit. Tampering with the mail is a Federal Offence
