Contacting the seller directly did not work as they were only interested in playing games ie:- partial refund for an unusable item, too expensive to ship back. 20% refund and keep the unusable part is not a solution! I had to resort to using the ebay return process and even then there was still resistance as they would not supply an ebay return label. Ultimately ebay stepped in, supplied the return label and 100% refund was obtained.
