  I would be leery of this seller - the advertised/ listed item was for an authentic Van Cleef & Arpels piece of jewelry. What was sent to me was a fake. It was clearly meant to be intentional and thus a scam, where the seller was trying to perform a bait and switch with a counterfeit item and then tried to avoid refunding me for my purchase. When I filed a for refund they tried to negotiate with me to refund me half the purchase price knowing they sent me a counterfeit item.

  I was so excited to get these on a deal. It’s kind of absurd of me to think that they were completely real, even though the advertising said authentic solid real gold. I took it to get appraised and I was told everything’s fake. It’s gold plated not a real Onyx. And when I went to contact the seller to return it, they only offered to give me half my money back. eBay stepped up and they were great to handle it. I got a full reimbursement.
