  An Ok service, comb arrived, not sure about whether I like it or not but time will tell. I don't rate items and detest the Ebay's star rating "How would you rate this item" as rating an item without the experience of using it for some time is misleading potential customers. What's annoying one has to tick a star, any star, before on can complete feedback.

  Item arrived damaged. Got hold of the supplier, provided photos and asked that they just send a new plunger as that was all that was damaged. Got an entire new tub, ni arguement, no attitude. My first ever complaint about a product and it wasn't the suppliers fault. End of the day, very happy all round. I will support this supplier again.
