Our mistake, but we refunded the buyer $100 on a $270 order for one bad hard drive. The buyer then messaged us and demanded that we buy them a replacement HDD from another seller even after we gave a $100 partial refund. What? Who demands that and then leaves a negative feedback for not caving to their demands. We're blocking you and moving on.
