    Wrong size sent told me they would refund me to send them back but I can't send them back as no invoice, and the package was so tight to open there was no way of sealing them back up, £30 they cost in total and can't get it back ... disgraceful!!!

    hi if you send the item back I can refund you in full you ordered a size 3.5 but wanted a 6.5 which is fine mistakes happen I have asked you to send them back but you won't do this I have sent you anther message explaining how to do this at no cost to you so you can return for full refund Thanks Stuart

    Unfortunately the item arrived with a smashed door and the entire unit had to be disposed of. Not the sellers fault and the comms were great throughout. Would definitely use again - just unfortunate the item was damaged in transport
