  Seller contacted me saying out of stock ages after purchase.. item still available but wen clicked on came up at almost doubled the price .seller did issue a refund very fast that's why I'm leaving posative feedback . I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller . Thanks

  Still have not received this order been given 3 separate delivery dates and waited in each day. Still waiting, seller says they will be in touch within 24 hours today, but no response when I sent the first message. I've also noticed the tea has gone up by £10 a pack since I ordered. I will not be buying a more!

  Order duplicated from another, so wrong item sent. Sent pics but the seller would still not believe me. I agreed, to save the hassle of sending back, to keep the duplicated order and said they might offer me a discount on getting the correct order. They would not. I then bought the correct item from another seller

  Ordered 2 items, one was out of stock. It was marked as dispatched over a week ago, only to then get told yesterday that it hasn't actually been dispatched yet and won't be for another 4 days due to courier 'issues'. Communication was poor and seller didn't communicate professionally. Refunded.

  Paid on 3rd April, told despatched on 8th, still waiting at 18th and told courier problems ????? Seller asked if I wanted a refund, I said " yes ". I paid £14 but the seller had put price up to over £20, so I knew that the tea bags would never arrive, so everybody judge for yourself, I won't be buying from these sharks again !!!

  I ordered 3 trays of sour cherry cans in June. Nothing arrived at the delivery date. I chased and two arrived a week later with a promise that the third would arrive in a couple of days. The third never arrived. Despite many promises of its arrival or promises of a refund- nothing happened. I’ve requested a refund several times and they keep saying they will but they don’t. It’s now mid August! I’ve given them plenty of chances to resolve I would avoid unless you’re prepared to lose money.
