  Delivery in 2 days but unit had a problem. This was resolved by sending me a new unit also in 2 days and an arranged pick up of the original. Every thing was handled swiftly with no questions. I would use this seller again and recommend to others.

  The item I was received according to the seller, was second hand. I only realised this after it was delivered to me in a box that had obviously been opened as celotaped back up. As the item was an electric blanket I did not trust the safety of it. The seller finally agreed to accept the return and promised a refund. Unfortunately this never happened and now the seller fails to respond to my message. This has left me with no option but to asked Ebay to step in and hopefully I'll get refunded.

  Very happy with the mini fan! The larger one was dispatched but was too big so I contacted the seller who responded very promptly and sent out the mini version the next day with a returns label. Very happy with the product and the seller.
