  We didn't get off to a good start regarding delivery but to be honest I cannot fault their customer service in anyway their communication was superb. When item was delivered there was a broken part in the box no fault of the seller they sent out a replacement the same day for next day delivery. Top marks for your customer service team.

  The ladder was exactly as described. Made of good quality material and in very good condition. Excellent value for money. Appearance same as advert. Shame about the botched delivery. Eventually had it delivered by an obnoxious evri driver, who couldn't wait for me to get to the door,I questioned why he had put it over the fence next to the garage he said well you can always walk round the back and get it. I have a hundred deliveries to do today. Not a very nice person. The delivery 4 days late.

  The item was great and the communication from the seller was really good but they do need to change their delivery company as the company in question left my parcel a mile up the road and took a picture of my building saying it was delivered at my address. I spend over 5 hours calling and chasing this company to no avail. I wouldn't use DX delivery company if they were the last delivery company on planet earth. From the driver to their customer care was a joke 🤣
