    Item not arrived after 7 days. Customer service useless. Advertises a 2 to 3 days free delivery service , which is not an accurate description when you challenge them. They admit to 5 to 7 days. I have suggested to eBay that this violates the criteria for being an “outstanding business seller”, but their AI investigator did not agree! Please do not use this seller if you want a decent service. See all the other negative feedback left by other disheartened eBayers.
