    I had a serious problem with my order caused mainly by Royal Mail damaging the contents of the package, but also due to poor packaging. I contacted the seller who swiftly replied offering a replacement, which after my experience I declined as I decided to go to a shop to get the paint, later that day he refunded me fully. He was a pleasure to deal with and my experience shouldn't reflect badly on the ebayer. Accidents happen to anyone, how they are dealt with is what matters.10/10
