    Description does not match actual delivery, you do not receive 100ml of Multi Active Day Cream, I received a mixture of day cream, lotion and night cream Upon contacting the seller, I was challenged and told that cream and lotion are the same which they are not EBay were very supportive as this seller offered no compromise or recognition for misinformation Even though this was a very reasonable offer, it’s only that if you receive what is stated, I’ve since sadly opened a return request

    Sadly let everyone know here that this buyer should be banned on EBay about lying, giving negative feedback and open a case. They only wanted a partial refund without showing what they received and open a case but never return the items. EBay should control these kind of fraud cases to ruining the seller’s reputation and rating. Shame on them seriously
