  Item is intact, packaging had a rough trip. When shipping overseas, please ensure that the package is properly wrapped/insulated. Putting a single piece of packing paper inside of a too large box let it bounce around and cave in. While the shipping company bears responsibility for the state of the package, the seller needs to give the item the best chance of making the trip intact. Seeing as it’s a gift for a kid, and the item inside is ok, I will accept this. If I was a collector, I’d return it

  I ordered DecoTime 72 Pack Twin Pack Markers. I imagined it would be one pack but it was actually six packs of twelve. At first I thought maybe there would be some duplication of colours but there isn't so no problem there. The delivery was prompt, packaging was adequate. All good basically. I have photographed the packs but I don't know if you would get the same selection (I know other packs are available), it might be random.

  No care taken with the packaging and this has resulted in my item arriving damaged. Furthermore the item purchased is described as a ‘Chase Collectible’ and the item received is not the Chase variant, what I received is not the item I ordered & not in an acceptable condition. I have contacted the seller with my complaint & said I want to return but all they have offered is a 10% discount against a damaged pop I didn’t even order, in return instructions.
