  Please avoid this seller, or double check and contact before buying. I have Bought and Electric Blanket advertised as "Brand New with Tags", but received a used Item with open damaged box with no Tags, no manual and the item was dirty in some places. I have requested to return the item for a full refund, but unfortunately this experience was all a waste of time!

  Really pleased with these items, the first pack of 3 didn't arrive, contacted seller and they sent me another pack which arrived very quickly. Looks like Royal Mail let us both down. Seller very understanding and sent replacement which I was very pleased about, they work well and find them very handy.
