    Pointed out to the seller that the glass bowls were both chipped and this fact wasnt disclosed on the original posting. Also the large crisper plate has 'rubber' feet in each corner were split and therefore would not stay located. Seller offered a partial refund of £25 which I was happy to accept - Good seller, Prompt responses

    The seller wanted to send the item in 2 separate parcels because the courier said the item was too big. I gave reluctant permission. However the seller resolved the issue and the item was sent as 1 parcel. I could see from the sellers listing that the carton was slightly damaged, the item was sold as being in good condition. On arrival the control handle was bent, I spent some time fixing this. I asked the seller for a reduction. They said this was not possible, perhaps I should have returned it
