Outer packaging was severely dented / crushed, but fortunately the item was up damaged in its cardboard and bubble wrap inner packing. Inadequate outer packaging for this size and weight? Or simply rough handling by Evri?

    I can't praise the seller enough for his perseverance, evri lost the first package so I contacted the seller who promptly sent another, and evri managed to loose that one too. Myself and the seller messaged evri only to be ignored. The seller then sent another which I have just received three weeks from the initial order. So in conclusion, I highly recommend this ebayer and will definitely be reordering. Thank you so much.

    Product very good bag split open on delivery or on the way put in a plastic bag and put back in box but paper bag was split open not something you could put in the cupboard after it split open not happy with that courier to blame stop throwing parcels aboutit pisses people off box all split open not happy at all will not order this again if through this courier or any other product I know I don’t blame the delivery man. It’s not him. It’s back in the sorting department. It just pisses people off
