  I was slightly wary because the seller described the Nokia G42 as both "new" and "excellent". In fact, it is a new device in its original packaging. It was delivered a few days earlier than expected. I've been using the G42 for a few days and am very satisfied.

  This phone was advertised as complete with a charger and cable but both had clearly been removed from the box. The same item is advertised by the same vendor on Amazon but only with the cable. The vendor is uncommunicative. I am now also very concerned regarding warranty as there appears to be no way of registering the phone with Nokia. I am suspicious of this vendor and would recommend everyone to give them a wide berth.

  Purchased item 2nd January, allegedly dispatched on 3rd January with Royal Mail Tracked 48 although no tracking details ever received. Delivery date passed so opened item not received case, still no communication whatsoever from the seller. Escalated with customer service on 15th January and refunded within an hour. Would not use this seller again but very pleased with the response by eBay!!
