After reaching out to seller to rectify the situation, I was basically told that I was wrong and was definitely sent the correct product.  I sent a picture of the product I received, clearly not what was listed, asked for the correct product or a refund and have not received a response from the seller. Now I have no gift for my daughter and have to go through the trouble of contacting eBay to get my money back. I have the doll in my possession that she claims she received. eBay agent told me to send them a picture of the item she claimed was received, which I did.The agent noticed I still have the doll she's trying to say I sent to her which the agent said NO way I sent the wrong doll. The doll she ordered was sent to her. Seller's beware !
