    A friend recommended this item and has used it simply and effectively. I was unable to get it to start working, and I have had to return the item. I asked eufy for support. However, the warranty was invalid because the seller is not an authorised retailer. The seller was excellent in all other respects, and the item arrived a day earlier than expected - I have no issues with the seller. I think I was just unlucky with this camera.

    The seller advertised this item as new, which was deceitful. It had no manufacturer's packaging whatsover, was wrapped in scrappy bits of carbboard, bubble and jiffy. It had 2 dirty stains on it and was clearly well used. The seller should be ashamed of themselves. Never buy from them.
