    Item was listed as new, in box but it arrived without a box. On closer inspection the item is not new…part of it has broken off and it is scuffed, dirty and marked in several places. I messaged the seller requesting a replacement, or a partial refund to reflect the fact the item clearly is not new, but I was ignored. I definitely DO NOT recommend this seller.

    Toaster delivered badly broken,immediately photo sent to seller , no response to my numerous messages, ebay contacted told to return the item, but the postage would be paid by me! , What kind of service is that, Case closed by ebay?!!postage would be £7.99 which was half the cost of the toaster. where is my consumer rights, faults reported day of delivery, Please be aware of this seller, and the lack of service by ebay beware beware

    Avoid!!! A very bad experience. The seller confirmed that he would send me the product in 4 days if I paid immediately, I made the payment right away, and from that moment I no longer received any replies to my messages, nor a tracking number. The product was supposed to be delivered with Royal Mail 24h tracked. Moreover, after 8 days, when the package finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. All the bad reviews this seller has are 100% deserved.

    Not as pictured! Only sent brown ones not the black or white ones. Seller knows nothing about the items they're selling - stopped responding and I had to open a case with eBay who refunded me immediately. Steer well clear of this seller - they are rubbish!!!
