    Nothing was to much trouble for Barnardo's Charity, Excellent communication they answered my questions straight away in a honest polite manner. The packer whom packed my package deserves a medal, superb....second to none!!! My item was described perfectly , postage was extremely reasonable for the size of the item, excellent value for the money I paid.     I ordered 3 pairs of boots from this seller and got charged for postage for each of them which would be okay if they hadn’t sent them all in one box, I did get a partial refund after I complained, They apparently do combined shipping but you have to ask for it, I think it should be automatic applied. They were not very well packed which I also had message the seller about hopefully they have rectified there packaging issues. As for the boots they are as described and did arrive fast.

    As always the item I purchased from the Bernardo’s eBay page arrived on time, well wrapped and because of their accurate, reliable description and photographs was just what I expected. In fact, I could say it was even better than expected!
