Perhaps an odd review. The product was well described and shipment time was fast. Shipping costs seemed low and I wasn't sure how that could be. Turns out the letter format was the answer and it almost worked OK. One item arrived damaged but not insurmountably. The vendor deserves very high marks for thinking out of the box and is sensitive to Shipping costs on small items. Overall I'm happy with the transaction and we discussed improvements he could try. Impressed he tried as he did. Thanks!
