    Excellent seller. Communicated each step in the process. Aimed to beat the delivery time. fragile electronic equipment was packaged well with styrofoam, bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Everything was taped together to stop it from moving around during transit. Batteries were included in the remote also. Item was exactly as described. Thanks you to seller.

    Item as described and delivered promptly. It had been previously returned as one inner package was opened, but was sold “as new” rather than new, so this was fine. Everything in excellent condition and as advertised. I would also add that delivery was sooner than a lot of other providers, and was included in the price.     Yodel delivered this to a wrong address but put onus on seller to sort out (Don’t use them!) Seller great and initiated full refund including postage. Would not hesitate to use seller again would not use Yodel ever. Given 5* even though no goods received, thanks Yodel!!!

    Great seller a+++ no problem with a quality item at a good price purchase .yodel however incredibly slow delivery took 7 days although it said 48 hrs on label from London to northants I've had parcels from Poland arrive in less time going to keep away from any thing shipped by yodel from now on .

    As described. Arrived promptly and well packaged. However very unhappy with yodel delivery as they left the item on the front doorstep which is open to the public, without knocking on the dooor. I do try to avoid yodel because of their poor delivery service
