    We ordered 2 chairs, unfortunately one went missing in transit. The chair we did receive was well wrapped, item was as described and really nice quality, lovely colour and good value. The communications from the Seller were really good and they did a lot to try and locate the missing chair. Sadly, it went missing through the courier which was outside their control and they didn't have any more in stock, they did however offer me a refund for the missing chair and this was processed quickly.

    Strange to disable neutral and negative feedback. I ordered these items and they arrived without the pads, the parts are new in unsealed packaging which is great, the communication was excellent, however without the pads the discs are just an ornament in my garage. Another week on public transport until I get a chance to fit these at the weekend. To confirm this would have been a neutral review if the option was available.
