  Inquired about timing of shipping and was told to call a physical store as the person here is only running the eBay storefront. Eventually received an envelope in the mail with a money order for the purchase price and a note apologizing and stating they couldn't find the item. I suggest avoiding these clowns. I am sure they will respond to this feedback about how they told me to call a store. Not my job as a buyer on eBay to do so. It is their responsibility to answer my questions here.

  This guy just does not get it. Our storage facility was flooded out. We had to move and the item was misplaced during the move. We sent them a full refund & an extra $5 for the trouble. Mistakes happen and we made it right. H e never called the physical store to speak to the owner, Sellers beware. I guess this guy is perfect.
