  Never arrived. I contacted seller who told me it was with my local post office. Turns out it was with Evri (!) who made no effort to deliver it and, apparently, returned it to the seller, at the seller's request. Made a refund request - no reply. Opened a case with eBay - latest message to the seller, repeating refund request and/or replacement product not been answered. A disappointing experience, not helped by misleading information from the seller and awful service (as usual) from Evri.

  Delivery took longer than usual as probably came directly from China; however, item does exactly as described and will prove very useful for my disabled wife to get in and out of vehicle. Well made material and should last good length of time. Seller was apologetic for the delay which was out of his control.
