The seller had a nice thank you sticker on the outside of the package and the inner bag that the item was in had a very nice sticker note that gave it a very personable touch saying that if there was anything wrong with any of the processes or item to please reach out. For me the value was great, I had this bag and I got stolen last week while grocery shopping.GREAT bag!
