    the post office lost the package. i made a complaint to the PO, and the item was found. The PO are becoming a very poor delivery service. First class doesnt seem to mean anything and even the tracking on this item was deleted by the PO. Baseus meanwhile had already offered me a refund that i will pay back if it has gone through. it was very well packaged and the product works. thank you.
