  The seller quality of the laptop is top notch and the condition is excellent as advertised and specified. The appearance is as good as new except few scratches at the bottom which is not noticeable. I really received value for my money.   Slight issue with the description as no LTE function when it arrived. Seller offered a full refund or a reduced price. The seller was responsive throughout the return. The item though was in excellent condition which I could not fault. Even though this didn't work out for me this time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller if you need a laptop. I ordered at noon, I received my laptop at noon the next day. Carefully packaged. Exactly as described on eBay. They were courteous enough to remind me of a £75 discount code I had forgotten to benefit from.
