  Has to be one of the best sellers I’ve ever used on eBay. I saved a massive amount of money compared to new, and with 22 photos on the advert, it was exactly as advertised. It came in a proper laptop package and arrived at 11am next day by DPD. Thank you for making my 40th birthday a great one, not worried about getting old! I had a honest conversation with the seller about the one tiny mark, and when it arrived I couldn’t find it initially. I can’t say anymore than they are an elite seller.

  The seller quality of the laptop is top notch and the condition is excellent as advertised and specified. The appearance is as good as new except few scratches at the bottom which is not noticeable. I really received value for my money.   Slight issue with the description as no LTE function when it arrived. Seller offered a full refund or a reduced price. The seller was responsive throughout the return. The item though was in excellent condition which I could not fault. Even though this didn't work out for me this time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller if you need a laptop.   Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 12 arrived quickly from the seller and was as described in as New Other/Open Box condition. I removed widows 11 pro and installed Fedora 42 KDE 6.4 with no issues and everything worked out of the box. I can therefore recommend the seller who provided good communication before and after purchase as I needed a VAT invoice which was provided.
