    Item received quickly, but was not the grey one ordered. More purple than grey. It was hard to determine why this occurred due to no info on the pack ie no colour details so don’t know whether that is their grey or what. So I first contacted the seller stating my issue, but when they failed to respond, back it went and I will go elsewhere instead!!

    I ordered 2 belts one in black and one in brown. I don't know why but they were posted separately to me, however only one belt arived, the brown one. I water a while for the black one to come but it never did. The seller said it was delivered, but if so it wasn't delivered to me. It went to e bay for a decision and so I got a refund for the missing belt. Thank you to the seller and e bay. I am happy with the overall outcome so no reason for bad feedback.

    I am not allowed to leave negative feedback this early apparently. However, this belt was due to arrive yesterday or today, Friday AND it had already been dispatched! Imagine my surprise then , when I receive an email at 2.34pm from the seller informing me that the item upon packing has been found to be faulty. Obviously, it was not dispatched as the seller claimed and there are no more of this kind. I hope liars can sleep at night! I WILL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHEN I CAN, REST ASSURED!

    This seller does not use Royal Mail 48 hour service as stated in description, though he does give a longer delivery date. After end of delivery date my item had not arrived so I contacted the seller to be told that it had not been despatched so I asked for a refund as I had had to buy another bedspread as this one had not arrived. Then I got a message telling me the courier had lost my parcel. Then it arrived by courier the next day. Good item but appalling customer service. Won’t use again.
