About us

Raising money to care for unwanted and abandoned pets in the Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire area. We sell donated items including some pet items. Bath Cats and Dogs Home is committed to the welfare of companion animals; to rescue rehabilitate and re-home pets who are unwanted and far too often neglected and mistreated and to promote responsible pet ownership through education.
The eBay shop is manned during business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & we will answer to messages and offers as soon as possible. We post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays but if you have a particular request please get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate.

    I have been asked to revise my feedback. “Listed as size 8 but when they arrived were a size 6.5! Returning” There was nothing untrue about my statement Charities are worthwhile and do many great works, however, I believe in truthful feedback. I had to return the shoes as the person listing them hadn’t put the correct information on the listing therefore they need to improve. In their favour they refunded my money punctually for which I am grateful !

    I recently received an email asking me to revise my feedback due to Royal Mail losing the item in transit. As I originally stated, the item never arrived for this reason. Additionally, I have not received a refund to my card, which now appears to be an issue with eBay’s 30-day policy, as it has since lapsed. Surely this can’t be the case? That said, as this is a charity, I will say this much—what a wonderful eBayer! Please support them. Many thanks.

    This is a review for the Royal Mail. They lost the item and we as a charity gave the buyer an immediate refund.
