    I placed an order with this trader for £200 shower shelves. After a silence regarding a dispatch of the item, I contacted them. This resulted in Hermes messaging " we are expecting your parcel" . This has been expected for 5 days i had to ring the seller several times to get a refund. No appology no regret. They blame the courier for not sending the the goods.

    There seems to have been an issue with the scanning of the parcel and it has been lost. We have refunded the buyer no problem but he was very rude and abusive to our staff both via email and on the telephone causing a member of staff great upset. We have no control over the couriers and parcels once they have have left us. Customer did not allow us sufficient time to action the refund before he became aggressive and rude on the telephone. Our thousands of positive feedback show we are reliable.
