    Size description incorrect and as I already had a similar item this was returned. Thinking that the sender had made a mistake I re-ordered only to find that the exact same thing occurred . The seller had measured over the box and packing NOT the actual item. When i asked what the next size up was, I have not received any answer to that. They have responded and said that the refunds are due but am still waiting for the two refunds .

    First parcel damaged by carrier and parts missing but replacement supplied immediately. Strangely, the second parcel arrived with two extra 2m steel tubes taped to it (!) by the same carrier but all components still inside. High quality item delivered next day and issues sorted out quickly in a friendly manner by the supplier so top marks to them but what is going on with the carrier?
