Wrong item sent seller not interested told to go through eBay i explained that I don't have the knowledge to do the return process. They couldn't send me a return envelope with the correct item so i have decided to take the loss. I will never use this company again, got the item from another company

You apparently do not have the knowledge to press the return button but you do to press the feedback button! A return at our cost is never a problem as the buyer was aware. Sellers beware of this person.
