    The excellent, really good value item sent out from Battery group was damaged by the courier. An all too familiar story, no fault at all of the Battery group. The team answered my query regarding what to do quickly, and sent out clear instructions to follow.     The batteries are as ordered. However after having been advised that delivery would be delayed, they turned up dumped in the communal hall of the block of flats I live in and the courier made no attempt to ring the door intercom to advise me where they were going and never attempted to deliver to my actual door. Fortunately I have an honest neighbour who saw them and quickly phoned me to say she had picked them up. I’m lucky to have got these and the courier service was used should not be used.
