    The item arrived as a battery only and without the outer casing required for attachment to my Canon iP100 portable printer. In fairness, this was not the Seller's fault as battery-specific details were all that were listed as items for sale. The refund however was escalated with eBay and the matter was resolved quickly thereafter. I was later able to source two other batteries, complete with printer attachment boxes and at a cheaper price, also on eBay.

    A++ Seller. Will use again. Extremely pleased with the battery. It came in a box and inside the box in bubble wrap. When un packaged and inspected I could not find a mark on it. The battery terminals came sealed with kapton tape to prevent any shorts. Battery when checked with my multimeter was 3.67 volt for 3 AA NiMh soldered together into a battery pack. I was going to do this myself but mine would never be as good as this. It isn't worth making these yourself when they are reasonably priced.
