Wrong item sent...contacted seller who acted like I should be happy with the item received because it was a good price...and same item it's been sold more expensive elsewhere...not making much sense...anyway...not apologised for selling items not available anymore in their inventory...I've wanted to return the item...they agree to send a prepaid label...which I haven't seen,contacted them again a week later...same answer...a week later...still no label ...resulting in a negative feedback.

Only leaving positive review as that's the only option eBay give you, plus I've bought these items before so I know they are good. However, it was a shame the delivery driver threw the package at my front door, (I heard the bump just as I was about to open the door and the driver was already getting back in his van - the package was on my path, about a metre from the door). He then had the cheek to record on the delivery notice that he "left the item in the mail slot". FYI Delivered by Amazon.

Seller sent the wrong item. Asked me to return it for a refund. No mention of the item I ordered. No answer to my request for a prepaid return label. So basically these clowns want me to pay for their mistake - a mistake they have made no attempt to rectify or explain. They said I could keep the unwanted item for half price - something you would expect from a seller shipping from China, not a UK based company. I'll be raising an issue with eBay. It was a cheap item but it's the principle. Avoid

Item did not arrive, I tried contacting the seller but no response received so had to ask eBay to step in and I was issued a refund, have no idea why the seller basically ignored my message about the missing item, but not the best way to run a business online.
