    I paid £10.49 in total for a pair of shoes. On arrival I tried them on and immediately realised that my foot was sliding forward in them, so I returned them. The seller sent a returns label, but only refunded me less than £6.00, claiming that the shoes were not in the same condition when he received them back. I feel this is very unfair and will not purchase from this seller again.
