A "Black" bag was listed and purchased - A "Blue" bag was sent, Im in the USA, it just doesn't make sense to return a bag to Japan. I would think for a $200 back pack the seller would get it right. I mean, if I wanted a blue $200 back pack, I would have bought a blue $200 back pack I will say the seller did respond and say I could return it (after my second email), but 2+ weeks to get to me, 1-2 weeks to return (and the costs) - and the 2+ weeks for me to get another bag - just not realistic.

Figures are as described, new and in original packaging! Very fast shipping :) The only thing that needs to be worked on is the shipping packaging... unfortunately the boxes are slightly dented/bumped as a result. Otherwise, I can only warmly recommend this shop ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The item came well packaged and the box had a few nicks but was still in great condition. The figure itself is gorgeous and evokes MVC2 Gambit which is my fav look of the character. However my only issue came with communication. The seller didn’t reach out or respond to my message when I asked about shipping as it was taking a bit longer than expected. That being said once the item was shipped it got here within the next day or 2 so no real issues there.
