    I specifically needed some white jiffy bags. I ordered some white jiffy bags. The seller sent me brown bags by mistake. I contacted him expecting an apology for the error and for the sake of the £2.49 order thinking he would simply send me the white ones. Surprisingly he asked for a photo of what I had received - I sent a photo of the brown jiffy bags. He then suggested I package them up and post back to him before he could provide a resolution. A ridiculous song and dance for his £2.49 mistake.

    The attached screenshot is from my Evri app, this morning, Friday 15th November 2024 at 10.15am. Well over two weeks after purchase, the order has not arrived. However, this is the fault of the delivery company and not the seller, so I am happy to give positive feedback, as the seller had no hesitation with providing a speedy refund.
