Packaging could have been better -- box was not sealed on one side and on the other side some of the magazines pages were trapped under the packing tape, causing them to tear when trying to remove the tape. Repurposed box did not have sufficient rigidity for weight of the parcel.

    Originally I gave this transaction negative feedback due to the unacceptable condition of the item which was contrary to the stated condition in the posting. I am upgrading my rating to Positive due to the seller initiating an unsolicited refund. The item was surely misrepresented, however; in the light of the sellers customer service after the transaction am giving the upgraded feedback rating. Let s all be a little more careful in our posted items condition to avoid these situations.
