    The item arrived quickly and has been working well. Also, I contacted the seller about an issue with the light turning off at high temperatures, which is a common feature of convection ovens, but I didn't know this as I haven't owned one before. The seller was very patient in replying to my messages, and offered to refund or replace the item before I realised that nothing out of the ordinary was happening.
