    I ordered this item from an on line tool shop over 1 month ago in Yeovil they took my money then sent me an email saying that they didn't have it in store and it could be at least 5 days before they have them in, I thought that was very bad practice when I saw these on Ebay available in 3 days I decided to order it and cancel the previous order and get a refund, well done for this seller..thanks.

    The item is as described. However, frustratingly, there are no sanding pads for the finger included. This isn't mentioned in the description and despite having messaged the seller twice, they never responded to let me know. If only I had known, I could've ordered some. At the moment I'm now going to have to wait a few days in order to get the right pads to complete the job I needed it for. Just a little bit of response from the seller regarding my messages would've been so appreciated!
