Perfect seller! The item I bought turned up late (at the fault of Royal Mail) and was unfortunately damaged in transit too. Not only this, but Royal Mail charged me extra for the postage, and I couldn't claim my package without paying it. The seller has been super responsive, and refunded me for the postal cost. Additionally, they offered me a discount on the item, or offered to return it for a full refund. Very grateful to have dealt with such a great seller, and would 100% purchase again.
